Welcome to Sugar Camp. Our office located ten miles north of Rhinelander. Our Wisconsin home was established in 1996 by Alison Schiek and Molly Widule and operated as Schiek & Widule until 2006. A strong spirit of adventure spurred Ali and Molly to get into the advertising business. And, it was that adventuresome spirit that took co-founder, Molly, to Ireland in the fall of 2006 where she married and stayed to work a sixth generation farm with her new husband. That fall, H.T. Klatzky & Associates acquired S&W and made it an HTK location headed by Alison.

HTK’s Sugar Camp office is a comfortable spot that was completely gutted and remodeled in 1998 by Alison Schiek and her husband, Dave. Well mostly by Dave, who broke his thumb in the process. There’s a snowmobile trail in the backyard, the largest chain of freshwater lakes in the world lie a short distance from the front door, and deer often roam past the office windows.

People don’t expect an agency the caliber of HTK to be located in Sugar Camp. However, the north woods of Wisconsin is as full of creative types and strategic thinkers as any big city.
